1.What are your service charges, and what does it include?

This helps you to decide if the charges will be within your budget, and you can proceed with further discussions. Caterers do not just supply the food for the wedding, they also provide the associated services. So, you should ask for what is included specifically, as this not only contributes to the experience, but will also impact your budget. 2.How many staff will be present at the venue?
