Our vision is to capture those beautiful once in a lifetime moments, those candids which you feel everyday but can never reminiscence again!
I left Pharmacy School and started photography in 2007. It’s the curiosity of how a tiny object can make beautiful memories to last lifelong. It took me a while to learn all the basics and techniques involved, but after two years of vigorous pursuing it … I can say we were able to make memories. Our vision is to capture those beautiful, once-in-a-lifetime moments, those candids which you feel every day but can never reminiscence again!!
Blair Atkins Photography – Canadian Wedding Photography
Blair Atkins Photography. An affordable, cost effective, service oriented Wedding Photography service.
Blair Atkins Photography found a balance with the ten years plus of toting around professional high-end digital cameras and overpriced lenses. A balance that had been working out favourably to both the satisfaction of Toronto’s Brides and Grooms but as well to the personal satisfaction of myself, Blair Atkins, the Company owner of Blair Atkins Photography.
Have we worked in your Cultural background before? Can we review your past work and/or Customer reviews? You sure can. I’ve always been one to trumpet crystal clear transparency. In the ten years plus, we’ve probably worked in every conceivable Culture in the multilingual backdrop that Toronto offers. With respect to our past Customer work and reviews? It’s all front and center on our website at BlairAtkinsPhotography.com.
DA Photography by Dragi Andovski is the choice for brides who know what they want.
A positive force, focusing on service and experience for your special day. Best known for capturing a clean, modern look to traditional photos.
My desire to freeze a memory in time and capture a moment of your life that can be treasured forever, be it a wedding, special event or portrait, is something that has been a driving passion of mine for over 20 years. However, with so many options and cost-effective services available, it can be hard to justify deviating from your local grocery store’s special photographic package and looking at an established professional photographer. I liken it to buying a car and being okay with the base model or deciding to make a statement and invest in the luxurious extras that an upgraded vehicle provides. Photography is a delicate balance of art, passion, and versatility. All attributes have helped me become one of the biggest names in the photographic industry in Toronto and the GTA.
Dare to stand out from the crowd, and if you can trust me with the people most precious in your life and the ability to capture their personality in print form, I can promise you that the investments of memories will be one of the best investments you ever make.
My passion and biggest asset are taking the time to make every client comfortable and relaxed before I even pick up the camera. The result? Photos of you that look like you at your best! I can prove to you how much you can enjoy having your picture taken. Lifestyle photography is about the experience that happens to be served up alongside some great photos.
Family Photography for families that like to move around and enjoy their photo time, Wedding Photography for couples looking for a mixture of photojournalistic, contemporary and traditional images and Professional Corporate headshots that are far from cheesy and stiff.

When I started photographing weddings, I knew that I wanted to make sure that my clients
viewed their photography experience as the last thing they had worry about.
All my clients have taken advantage of the most significant booking gift I offer – their engagement
session. During this session, both bride and groom realize that they rock in front of the camera,
and I learn all about their relationship, what makes them laugh, and which poses bring out their best features. One of the main reasons that my clients book me is my FULL DAY WEDDING COVERAGE.
Yes, my husband (who works every single wedding with me) and I arrive an hour after the bridal party members have arrived at their respective getting ready locations and photograph till about an hour after dinner. This takes a big decision off their plates, which means less stress for the whole family and bridal party.
The relationship I have built with my couples is more akin to a friendship than a business relationship. This means that I pour everything I can into getting them a gallery they love, mainly because it reminds them of their fantastic wedding day, and it includes everything they’ve dreamed of.
I hope that any #DVIcouple will confidently be able to enjoy the day they marry each other. And that this will, in turn, fill their photography experience with uplifting moments that confirm the knowledge that the bride is the most beautiful woman in the eyes of her new husband.
Gillian Foster Photography
Hi! I’m Gillian, a Toronto wedding and lifestyle photographer. I have a BA in Studio Art, with a background in fine art and film photography. I take a documentary approach to capture bright, artistic and candid photos.
After developing my first photograph, I discovered my love for photography in the darkroom at the University of Guelph. My first three years as a photographer were entirely film-based. I loved the hands-on aspect of processing and printing my own images. Every correction and adjustment made was done entirely in the darkroom. Film photography also introduced me to the importance of colour and light – my primary sources of inspiration.
Since completing my BA Studio Art, I’ve continued to shoot digitally, focusing on wedding and lifestyle photography. My work has been featured on the Huffington Post, Love Inc Magazine and exhibited as part of Contact Photography Festival, Queen West art crawl and Culture days.
With ten years of experience capturing weddings and families, I love to tell stories filled with emotion, silly quirks and full of personality. I put my heart, energy and creative drive into my work. I believe photo sessions are best spent doing something you love in meaningful places or discovering new ones. As a photographer, I want to capture photographs filled with love, honesty and lasting memories.

Little Blue Lemon Photography
Welcome to Little Blue Lemon, a Toronto wedding photography and video studio.
We are absolutely in love with everything at weddings: the emotion, the laughter, the tears and the joy. Let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to be around a loving and happy bunch of people celebrating and enjoying one another. So when we shoot, we strive to blend in – to become “photo ninjas”. It sounds funny, but we really do want to be forgotten. The less we are noticed, the more we can capture those authentic and real candid moments. So how do we do this, you ask? We tell jokes, we laugh, we make our couples and families feel relaxed. Being photographed all day is not the norm for most people, so the more relaxed you feel, the more comfortable you feel, and so, the more you forget that we are holding cameras!
Don’t get us wrong, all of us at Little Blue Lemon Photo & Cinema are comfortable stepping in when needed and have no problem directing if asked. Some couples want posing directions, and others want us to capture the essence of their day. We create based on what our couples wish to, and our goal is to capture your wedding day in the way you feel is best. After all, your wedding is about you, and we are there to capture it all. Little Blue Lemon is home to some of the best wedding photographers in Toronto. Most of us are local photographers, but we service all of Toronto, the GTA, Ontario, Kelowna, BC and Canada! So don’t be shy, get in touch – we’d love to chat!
Lucas T Photography
Photography is something that I knew from growing up in Toronto was my calling.
When I shoot weddings, I like to think that I don’t just photograph a bride or groom – I photograph the feeling and moment in all its trueness. This gives an honest approach to each and every wedding in a real and genuine way. So if you are looking for a photographer who keeps things comfortable, natural, and fun, you have come to the right place. Every ceremony and reception is another chance to capture authenticity.
Before I ventured out full time into photography, I worked as a media producer for TELUS, one of the big telco’s in Canada. After some much-needed soul searching, I had discovered that corporate life wasn’t for me and soon found myself going ahead on this amazing visual journey. Storytelling was where it was at, which I really strive to do with my wedding photography. I have been around the world shooting everything from monkeys in ancient Asian rainforests to rivers of ice in Iceland. I like to bring everything I have learned on my travels and experience in commercial photography to my wedding clients so they have not only an experienced technical director but also a friend they can feel comfortable with.
Melissa Jane Photography
There is something truly wonderful about capturing life’s precious moments.
I started Melissa Jane Photography in 2014, and since then, I have had the pleasure of working with so many amazing couples. In this crazy world we live in, and I get a chance to spend a few hours with a couple and their family on their wedding day. My clients welcome me into their homes and lives to take photos that will capture that moment forever. It is hard not to feel connected to each and every couple I work with.
I am dedicated to each and every couple I work with, and I love my job. Therefore, I always go the extra mile to ensure that each couple I work with feels confident and relaxed, knowing I will capture all of the special moments of their day.

Photographed by Beatrice
Photographed by Beatrice is a GTA based event and wedding photographer who specializes in capturing every moment of someone’s special day in a photojournalistic style.
Beatrice is flexible and happy to work with any requirements that a client desires. Whatever their needs may be, she will capture them in a creative manner. Her wedding packages also include a complimentary engagement photoshoot. This way, she gets to work with her clients before the big day, which is very important in making them feel comfortable. Beatrice also meets and communicates with her clients to get a clear idea of what their vision is. Moreover, photographic style is key in capturing the big day in the perfect way. Another key feature of Beatrice’s wedding packages is that she does not limit the number of final edited images she gives to her clients. She doesn’t believe in withholding her art from people who appreciate it and have chosen her for the special moments in their life. Additionally, her turnaround for images is a shorter time than most other photographers. And at the end of the day, it’s not only the quality of the images that matter but also the overall experience she provides to her clients. Ultimately, Beatrice is a creative and passionate artist who not only photographs people’s special days and events but also teaches this craft to others. She chooses to photograph because she loves art, not because her livelihood depends on it. She is happy to work with new individuals and she always feels honoured when someone invites her to capture the highlights of their lives.
Raph Nogal Photography
Raph Nogal is a wedding photographer based in Toronto with over 11 years of experience.
Raph’s work can be best described as a fusion between artistic & dramatic editorial and candid & organic photojournalism. His approach to a wedding day comes from a personal place, and it’s all about the experience and how Brides & Grooms feel in front of the camera; sometimes it’s the moments-between-moments, and sometimes it’s the badass hero shot on top of a hill. Making sure clients look their best is very important, but never sacrificing organic moments to ensure the authenticity remains true. It’s always a delicate balance between those two scenarios that make the wedding day so unique.
Raph always loves playing with light. He takes what is commonly done in commercial photography with lighting and applies it to a wedding day on a smaller scale. Light shapes and creates dimension and expresses moods. No matter if it is in the middle of a bright sunny day or nighttime, Raph’s lighting expertise will ensure your wedding images look epic.
Raph is an ambassador for several photo industry companies, including Profoto, MagMod, VisionArt, and several others and an educational ambassador for SLR Lounge. You can catch Raph around the city, country and internationally, presenting at photography conferences and trade shows and conducting workshops teaching other photographers.
Hey! I’m Mia, a lifestyle and wedding photographer based in the GTA. I love candid, real moments showcasing you and your family authentically.
It’s incredible that I’m able to be a part of your day, get a peek at your life, be welcomed into your home and get to know you and your loved ones. It’s not just about taking photos or getting the perfect shot. It’s about life and celebrating the big and little things that make this world so beautiful. I love capturing those genuine moments and documenting life as it is. Natural light, genuine smiles and honest moments are my inspiration. I live for capturing real emotions and pure laughs, the silliness and beauty that life is full of. I love telling your story and filling your walls with the big and little moments of your life.
It’s all about you, as you are, comfortable and relaxed. My goal is to help you loosen up, have fun and show the real you through my photos.

Unplanned smiles, kisses, tears and reactions are what Aimee lives for. Clients always comment on her professionalism as well as how relaxed, enjoyable and entertaining the photography sessions are.
Ali K Photography
Welcome to Ali K Photography, where your story inspires my passion. I strive to deliver an impeccable narrative collection of emotion, tradition, experience and excellence through your photographic visuals. My composition of diverse expertise and artistic vision will indisputably deliver a unique experience where your organic story will be preserved for you forever.
As an avid fan of art in general, including music, cinema & dance, my work derives inspiration via several channels. My style comprises a delicate balance between contemporary, bright, vibrant imagery with suggestions of drama & edginess. My images are timeless, romantic & profusely display a creative lighting skill-set combined with fashionista-inspired, believable posing.
When it comes to your in-depth event coverage, I transition into my paparazzi mode and strive to stay photojournalistic & candid. Your wedding images will essentially be a story, showcasing & immortalizing priceless moments which you & your family will cherish forever. I’m a constant learner, frequently push boundaries, step out of my comfort zone, and hence my style is constantly evolving.
Christina Stirpe Photography
We are right for each other if you want me to capture your day as it’s happening, and not capture it to look like a production.
I am proud to have the ability to preserve your wedding exactly how it was because that way, when you look at your photos, you will feel the emotions so vividly; it’s like you are back in that moment again.
Through my nine years of documenting weddings, I have realized I am not the perfect photographer for everyone; however, I am the perfect photographer for some, and those are the couples I am meant to capture. I love when people feel comfortable to be themselves with me, and I love when they allow their weird sides to show. I am all about photographing weddings as unique as the couple who are getting married. I am artistic & raw, and I am ready for you to see your wedding through my eyes.
Danielle Meredith Photography
Hi! I’m Dani. I live in a small town north of Toronto but I spend a lot of time shooting in Toronto and around the world.
When it comes to weddings, I am all about the moments and the super fun stuff. We don’t have to spend an hour getting perfectly posed shots – I want to get to the nitty-gritty of your day where all the action and love are. Your day is filled with the people who love you. I want to catch those tears, laughter and crazy dance moves with all the people who matter most to you. In fact, I will likely be dancing with you and your guests because when I hear that beat, I cannot stop. I am trying to say that I honestly hope your day isn’t perfect because we’d all get bored. But, I hope your day is full of moments that you will remember forever, and when you look back on the photos, I hope your heart is as full then as on the day of your wedding. So let’s get perfectly messy and wild. Let’s laugh, smile, and dance all day.
Diego and Liza Photography
Diego and I are not your cookie-cutter photographers.
We never stop shooting to ensure we capture all the candid moments and raw emotions, and we always strive to deliver you the WOW factor in every moment we capture. We love to play with lights and shadows, reflections, and different angles. So we provide you all the moments you expect, plus many more that you don’t. Diego and I love challenges and a bit of competition, so the morning after each wedding, the first thing Diego and I do is sift through the thousands of images we’ve captured to see who got the winning shot.
Many people ask us how we ended up shooting weddings, and the answer is simple, we love weddings! So much work goes into planning the perfect wedding day, so many hours are spent making sure everything comes together, so much heart and soul. We know precisely how difficult it can be to plan a wedding, so we want to make your experience with us is as memorable, fun, and stress-free as possible.
We like to think that we are more than just photographers. We are your coaches and lighting experts. We are your best man and maid of honour. We are someone you can relate to and your peace of mind. We are invisible when needed and visible when you need us. We are there to have fun with you, celebrate with you, and bring out the best in you. We are there to make sure your wedding day is the most memorable day of your life, so when you look back at your wedding photos, 5, 10, 20 years from now, you do not only see how you looked on your wedding day, but you are reliving every single moment of your wedding day as if it were just yesterday.

Katia Taylor Photography
My style of wedding photography is a blend of fine art and photojournalism. This allows me to capture genuine and organic moments without being obtrusive. This is how I work to make each image more than just a document, but a piece of art.
I pay close attention to elements of light, colour, composition, and emotion to tell the story of the wedding day creatively and uniquely. While allowing moments to flow naturally, some images are lightly posed to create beautiful portraits. I take cues from my couples as to how much direction they need and maximize their comfort level to get photos they’ll love. Above all, I want to make the whole experience fun and memorable. A wedding day is about celebrating your love. The photographs we create on a wedding day can forever bring people back to that moment, that day, and will be shared for generations to come.
To me, photographing weddings is such a privilege. From a young age, I had a knack for photography and was lucky enough to be able to pursue it as a career. I feel so honoured to have a creatively rewarding job that I am passionate about. Every story is so unique. I love to hear about how each couple met and the journey that took them from their first glance to saying ‘I Do’! I get the opportunity to capture raw emotions, from anticipation and excitement to passion and pure joy. This is what inspires me to create the best images possible.
I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography Studies from Ryerson University in 2001 and began my professional photography company in 2003. With 17 years of experience, I have photographed hundreds of weddings focusing on the GTA and shot in Montreal, Ottawa, Kingston, New York, Jamaica, and the United Kingdom. My work has been published in magazines and blogs, including Junebug Weddings, Martha Stewart Weddings, The Wedding Co., Bride and Tonic, Wedding Bells, and Champagne Sweets.
Liat Aharoni Photography
Love isn’t one note: there’s so much more depth besides happiness and margaritas on the beach.
It’s just as much about the compromises and the in-betweens. Just like love itself, weddings have SO MUCH going on, and that’s what I find so compelling about photographing them. There is a wide range of stories and emotions happening all at once.
Six years into photographing weddings and my documentary approach remains the same: I’m at your wedding striving to document it ALLLLL: your drunk aunt Martha dancing like Elaine from Seinfeld, the tears streaming down your grandfather’s face, your friends smoking joints out back, all of the hand squeezes and you and your lover swept with emotion throughout the entire day.
I’ve been shooting weddings around the world of lovers from all walks of life, which has led me to believe that there’s no such thing as one right way of getting married. I’m here to document your day no matter how you celebrate – whether that’s an intimate outdoor wedding, a swanky night in the city or a barefoot Burning-man-inspired elopement. I believe in capturing human behaviour, emotions and dynamics more than anything because preserving moments that are comprised of people you love is what builds your legacy in a substantial and impactful way.
Celebrate in ways that are meaningful to you both, and know that I’m here in your corner, ready to cheer you on, make your photography experience amazing and your photos friggen magical!

Plum Rose Photography
Any description of Plum Rose is also a description of me: Stephanie. I am a Mother, I am a Wife, and I am a fine art wedding and portrait photographer based in the Durham Region. The images you see from me ARE me; my style is a personal representation – a glimpse into my journey of discovering what love means to me and how I experience it.
I need the light, the warmth, the softness and delicate highlights; I need beauty to make me happy. When I reflect on where I am at and what I do as my “job”, I always have a newfound appreciation of how incredibly lucky I am to be capturing families’ genuine joy – candid laughter and smiles, new life being welcomed into the world, a bride dancing with her father, the romance and emotion between a bride and groom – all these things serve as a reset: a slight pause in a moment when people are just present to one another and I get a reminder on what it is that truly matters in life.
This is personal to me: you’re going to see my boys and my husband, very likely one of Nigel, Rosie or Sprinkles (yes he is a boy), and you might even catch a curse word if I go Live! You will see me, authentic and vulnerable. I don’t feel like I should expect my clients to feel comfortable if I can’t even let my guard down!
I love my family and I know you do too. My job is to help you convey that in an image that you can hold on to for the rest of your lives. I look forward to meeting you!

FAQ – Wedding Photographers Toronto
Here are a couple of questions to ask yourself before you hire a wedding photographer:
How long should I hire a wedding photographer for?
Every wedding photographer offers packages that consist of a certain amount of hours. These packages can range from 6 hours to as long as 12 hours. It is also essential to consider your budget and how big your wedding is.
How long before your wedding should you hire a photographer?
You should hire a wedding photographer 8-12 months before your special day. This is important because you need to know your photographer’s different packages to see which would fit your budget and wedding best. As well as, you want to discuss what kind of style and feel you want your wedding photos to portray.
How do I choose a photographer that’s right for me?
All photographers are unique in their own way and have their style and specialty. Therefore, it is crucial to research and see the photographer’s pieces to make sure that they resonate with what you want. You also make sure that you can easily communicate with your photographer to get the best results.
What is the average cost for a wedding photographer in Toronto?
In Toronto, the typical cost of a wedding photographer for a full-day digital package with one photographer is between $3,000 and $4,500. The factor that can differ from this fee is whether you’re scheduling 8 hours vs. 12 as the photographer is investing more of their time into you and your spouse. Hiring a second photographer can also alter the price as there is less work to be done at the wedding by each photographer. Lastly, whether you are simply getting digital copies of the photos or an album as well can affect the photoshoot prices.
Should you tip your wedding photographer?
Tipping is entirely a matter of personal taste. Tipping is never demanded in wedding photography, but it is always appreciated. If a wedding photographer does not receive a tip, they will never take it personally. It’s primarily a matter of personal taste and whether you’re the sort to provide gratitude with tips!
How do I politely decline a wedding photographer?
You don’t have to go into specifics. You have your reasons, whether it’s a photographer’s style or the cost is not within your budget; all that counts is that you let them know you’ve discovered someone who’s a better fit. It’s important to remember that this is a business transaction, not a personal one. Vendors may express gratitude and request any input that influenced your decision. If you want to give it to them, be honest (and compassionate), since it may benefit them in future relationships.
Is one photographer enough for my wedding?
Having photographs from various images comes in helpful on several occasions! One photographer can focus on the groom’s response throughout the ceremony and at first glance, while the other can picture the bride. During the ceremony, photographers can get an epic broad view from the rear of the church or more personal, emotional shots from the front, and pictures of wedding parties. During the reception, one photographer may be getting entertaining group images and candids while another is filming party dancing.
One photographer will be with the bride before the wedding, while the other will capture the groom prior to the ceremony. It’s a good idea to have a second shooter if the bride and groom are getting ready in two different places.
What is candid wedding photography?
Candid photography is the skill of photographing a subject while they are ignorant, natural, and without posing for the camera. While being clicked, the topic might be static or moving. The candid moments determine the quality of candid photography. And the tale conveys what happened at the time.
Candid photography at weddings places a greater emphasis on presenting a storey via candid photographs. The documentary manner of photography plays an important role as well. Fashion, architecture, portraits, products, and other types of photography are all combined by candid photographers. It offers casual wedding photography and bridal photo shoots a new lease on life.
How many photos should I expect from a wedding photographer?
The brief answer is $100 per hour of shooting or around 800 photographs for an 8-hour wedding day coverage.
This isn’t some kind of industry guideline that all wedding photographers must follow. At the end of the day, different techniques and approaches to shooting will result in a diverse amount of images.
What are the most popular Toronto wedding photo locations?
Two of the most popular locations for wedding photos are the Casa Loma wedding venue and Evergreen Brickworks wedding. These are perfect locations to take wedding family photos and beautiful ceremony shots.
Who are some other popular wedding photographers in the GTA?
Mango Studios, Olive Photography, and Purple Tree Photographers are some examples of other Toronto professional photographers.
