Wedding planning usually starts with the visible things: the dress, flowers, invitations, table settings and a camera roll full of saved ideas. Those choices matter. They set the scene and give the celebration its character. But they are rarely the whole reason a wedding stays with someone.
Ask couples what they remember years later and the answers are often surprisingly small. The nerves before walking into the ceremony. A parent’s face during the vows. A joke in a speech that landed perfectly. A song that pulled three generations onto the dance floor. The centerpiece may have been beautiful, but it is usually the feeling around it that lasts.
