Kevin and I met in New York City during September of 2005. We'd both just moved to the city to pursue acting, (he from Boston, MA and I from Lawton, OK), and found part-time jobs working at toy store FAO Schwarz for the holidays. Kevin was a toy soldier. I played a princess. It took me until January to flirt my way into a date. Three dates later on January 15th, we started dating. Since then Kevin and I have started focusing on comedy separately and together. We both took years of improv training at Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre and then moved on to performing stand- up. Now we, along with our best friend Jeffrey Binney, have formed 3rd Wheel Comedy - a comedy team who performs together and writes, performs and produces their web series - 3rd Wheel, The Web Series.
On April 29th, 3rd Wheel was preparing to go up to the roof to film some material to be used for a promo advertisement for their group. I had no idea what was really waiting for me on the roof. The rest is probably better to watch. (See link below.) Needless to say it was the happiest day of our lives! |
