Ben and i met on fb( wierd) we had been friend for many years but never actually talked and to this day we still dont know how we even became fb friends.
He was from Montreal i was from Hamilton. and one day we just kinda said lets meet. so we did. we both drove 3.5 from our homes and met at a Tim Horton in Kingston exactly 1/2 way between our homes. From that point forward it was history. we dated long distance for 6 months flying or driving back and for that time and Ben decide he was gonna take the plunge and move her to be with me. we bought a house together but i always was under the impression marriage was not something he felt was super important. we already live together. So what happened in this video i never expected in 100 years. i am a dance teacher and Ben knows how much being a dance teacher means to me so the fact he did this at the studio infront of all my students was the most amazing way he could have ever proposed. The ballet teacher called me into the room to watch one of her competition routines and critique it- my mom is a seamstress for the ballet teacher so she was there with my sister "trying on dance costumes" they were in on it with Miss Janette and Ben. all of a sudden Ben come through the back studio door and i like --- why are you here? the videos tell the rest and here is what you cant hear him saying "Do you remember when we barely knew each other and i was still living in Montreal? Already then it seemed like we knew that we were 2 halves of the same heart, back then i didnt know where when or how it was gonna happen but i knew i was going to do this. Today i know the where when and how. Its right here, right now.... Like this. Will you marry me?" wait till the end :) love my dancers as much as him :) |
