My now fiance Jim had come for a week to vacation with my family and I. Three days after arriving we decided to go hiking at Eugina Falls. However that morning did not start well for me because my brother had forgot to bring my camera after I asked him three times the night before, he was also supposed to come hiking with us but bailed at the last minute. Starting a little agitated I calmed down after hiking around for about 20 minutes when we found out that we could walk over the falls. While we were up on top - I had turned around to walk away back to the trail, it was then that he got my attention back and got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I was in such shock and so surprised that the first words that came out of my mouth were 'really' when my brain was trying to tell me just say YES! After finally saying yes Jim has not let me live down that initial response of really. The events that happened that morning really turned my frown upside down and made me realize that I love Jim so much and he is more important than getting mad over a silly camera and it is the moments like this in life that you need to cherish.

It was not until we returned from hiking that I went to tell my Mother and brothers only to learn that when Jim had asked my father three days earlier for his blessing that my father relayed the information to the rest of the family as I was already engaged. However no one said anything because I did not have a ring at that point, but I didn't clue in until later as to why everyone was asking me if anything exciting happened every day. Most of all I can't believe I did not figure it out when everyone else knew!

Hello!

This is much later than I wanted it to be!

I want to thank everyone from Best for Bride who helped me during the hectic planning of my wedding. Everything went off perfectly, and a lot of it had to do with the help of everyone there.

I was worried about getting decor done at an affordable price, but when roaming around on the BFB website, I saw that it was offered. I showed up to the church and was amazed with the aisle drapery! Then showing up at the reception and seeing the head table - it was perfect. Thank you so much.
