Just a little background info...Jason and I have been together for 2 years, we both have the same birthday, which is December 17th. We share a lot of the same interests, love the same food, adore each other's family, and are a perfect match for one another. I could not imagine my life with anyone but him! We have a dog, named Wiser, who has had a history of eating my clothes (particularly my under garments). And a kitten, named Sophie, Soph for short, who is as cute and sweet as a button!
For our birthday this past December, Jason gave me a gift card for the mall to replenish the items that our dog had eaten up to that point. I was so excited and I wanted to use the card right away. I decided to go shopping the next day. On December 18th, 2012, I came home after making a stop at the mall. Everything seemed normal, Jason greeted me in the kitchen and gave me a kiss. He then went upstairs and shouted down to me "It's a good thing you bought more clothes to replace what the dog ate. He ate something else of yours!" I immediately was fuming mad and stormed upstairs. I flew into our bedroom, only to find our dog sitting on the bed, paws apart and the ring box was between his paws. Jason was standing beside him. I could not believe it. I said "OMG! What is that?! Can I open it?!" He said, "No, can I?". He then asked me to marry him! Of course I immediately said yes. From the moment we started dating, I knew he was the one for me. |
