God Gave Me You: Josh and Jenn Proposal

My new Fiancé, Josh, had told me that we were going out for dinner with another couple and had asked us to meet our men at the church to pick them up where they told me they were playing floor hockey. When my friend, April and I showed up, there were hundreds of tea light candles laid out as a path on the floor. We were greeted by Josh's 5 years old cousin and our family friend who lead me to read a note that Josh wrote for me. One of our friends was playing guitar and singing "Better together" by Jack Johnson. I was then lead to look at the timeline of our relationship in pictures and descriptions strung across the hallway. Another one of our friends then starting singing "bubbly" by Colby Calliat as I read the descriptions. I was then told to follow a path of candles into another room where Josh was standing in a heart of Candles. When I saw him I started to cry and he asked me if I wanted to watch something. We sat in the heart of candles and watched a slide show of all of the pictures we have taken over the years while he played my favourite song. He then said that he had one more thing that he needed to get for me and walked up the stairs. He started talking on a microphone telling our story from the first day we met. As he was talking he started walking down the stairs when my family, his family, and our friends started walking down the stairs behind him. I started crying in shock that he had done all of this for me and had got everyone I love to be there. They all came down and stood around the heart with me in the middle. Josh then came to the middle with me and got down on his knee. He asked me to marry him and I said "of course". He knew how to make me the happiest girl in the world and I hope you can enjoy our story with us. you can watch the engagement here:
