Dear Olga,
I would like to say how much I enjoyed using your company to order my bridesmaids dresses from.
From the first contact I had immediate responses from you with answers to my enquiries regarding sizes, colour, cost delivery- everything was answered that day or the day after due to the time difference.
When I called the shop I got a very good response as well- cannot fault anything about the ordering process.
Very straight forward and easy to do as you supported me and helped me with all my enquiries.
I was kept in contact the whole time waiting for my dresses so there was no worry that they were not going to be here on time - which is a bit of a concern when I order something from the internet and especially something so important but I felt very confident I had chosen the best company to buy them from.
When the dresses came I was delighted with them! They were absolutely perfectly made and even more lovely than in the picture! They were slightly crushed as I had 2 dresses in a small box but the creases fell out overnight and the dresses were stunning. My bridesmaids loved them and looked absolutely beautiful on our day
I was so proud of them and everyone commented at how beautiful they looked. You can see in the pictures just how lovely they were.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Olga throughout my order and she could not have been more helpful and more prompt at replying to my emails and enquiries. I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone but they were helpful too.
Overall I experienced an absolute delightful customer service and excellent quality of dresses and made our wedding day just that extra bit special

OK. My name is Sam and I came to Best for Bride very very nervous and anxious and as soon as I walked in the door Denise and Donna were so helpful and they said that I was not going to leave this place without finding the dress of my dreams and they were absolutely correct. I think it was the seventh dress that I tried on and I knew right away that is was the dress that I was going to wear for my special date and they gave me the option for rental because I was on a very fixed budget and the rental was great because it was the dress that I wanted and I knew that I could afford it.
