In modern culture, the winter season evokes the celebration of life itself. After all, this is the time for Christmas and New Year, two of the most joyful times on the calendar! (Don't tell that to old-timers who firmly albeit mistakenly believe in the metaphor of winter as a time for hopelessness and death)

If your wedding is performed during the winter, or even if it just takes inspiration from the winter season, then the Winter Elegance cake is absolutely for you! With its smooth white fondant icing mimicking the snows of winter, you will set the wintry wonderful world of your wedding. The two bottom layers are accented with fondant roses with a touch of silver on the edges, which mirrors the brilliance of sunlight on snow. The top layer, which is placed atop four cute pillars, is decorated with fondant icing etched with fanciful designs and capped by a bouquet of the same silver-edged fondant roses. Simply stunning!

Of course, the cake is as sinfully delicious on the inside as it is beautifully sculpted on the outside. You can choose from chocolate, vanilla, marble, banana, lemon, and carrot as flavors and strawberries in whipped cream, plain whipped cream, butter cream in chocolate/vanilla and any pudding you want as fillings.
