2. If you pay online, once you've added all the stuff you want please click "Proceed to Checkout". Enter your name and shipping address.

Once you make the order we'll send you an order form with all your details: Name, Address, Dress Style, Color, Your Measurements, Request Date, etc. |
It depends on the collection that you selected and if we have it in stock. Usually it takes between 12-17 weeks. Most of the collection can be done as rush orders in approximately 4-6 weeks. |
Yes, you will get emails whenever an order is placed and also when your order is shipped. So please make sure and provide the correct email address when you are filling out the checkout form. Additionally you will also get the payment receipt by email either from paypal.com or from our credit card company. |

Never send your credit card number in an e-mail. Call or fax the store to use your credit card. Terms and conditions for orders: 1. We provide Worldwide International shipping. If there is any problem with goods shipped (the items is damaged or it does not match details in your order form) then you can return it. You may call the store within 5 days of receiving your shipment for a Return Authorization. You may then return the goods to the store. When we receive your return we will refund your purchase price. To receive a refund your goods must be promptly returned (received at the store within two weeks of our ship date) and returned items must be as received out of the box (unworn, unused, new condition with all store hang tags attached).
