This is the story of Karen and Peter, we have been together for close to 7 years and we have 3 beautiful daughters together. He asked me to be his wife on my birthday when I was expecting our first child. I was surprised, he always said he wants to spend his life with me, even if we're just sitting on the couch, watching tv and eating dinner or playing in the park with our children. He said he would be honored to spend even one more day with me. That's how you know he's a great husband, a great man is the man that doesn't think he deserves you and does everything to try to. A great wife is the same thing. Now I have been engaged for 5 years, and the only reason we haven't gotten married yet is because I do not believe in spending a lot of money on one day, I'd rather put that money on a house or our children. (Which are 4, 14 months and 2 months old) but I really want to be his Mrs. and as much as I would love to have a great beautiful wedding and a gorgeous dress, I feel like spending too much is unrealistic on something that wouldn't be worn again unless my daughters would like to (which has always been a dream for me)
I want to the big wedding without the big budget, I know that irrational, but its true hahahaha.
Anyways, we meet each other through a sales company and I had an idea he was interested in me but we had both just got out of bad relationships so didn't try to pursue it right away. We sat next to each other and we had switched desks because I wanted the window seat and one day when I was making a sale, I went under my desk (sometimes i went under my desk for more quite) when I looked up, I seen that he had written Peter + Karen = Love, just like the teenagers, I thought it was adorable. Two years later, he's asking me to be continue to be the best thing that has ever happened to him for the rest of our lives and I said yes of course! Nearly 5 years later, we are doing it this November! This month I am hoping to go and get my dress and I would really love to win this contest, as we also are buying our bridesmaids dresses, since they are my step daughters! So I hope you all vote for us and help save this young family some money!! Thanks :)
