Crashing threw rapids, clinging to rock walls, swinging ice axes to just hold on, these are all part of our love adventure.
Both fresh out of high school we were excited for the college life in an Outdoor Adventure program. I was excited to make new friends and try new things, with no interest in a relationship, and Ryan was equally excited to make new friends and be sly with all the college ladies, with no interest in a relationship. Well our quest for single life in college lasted about a week. We grew together learning life lessons, creating memories and strengthening trust as our lives depended on it while we were rock/ice climbing, whitwater rafting and on international expeditions.
Seven years later on my 25th birthday I organized a weekend for our friends at Blue Mountain to ski, snowboard and party. On our last day of skiing we had a "king of the mountain" run (race down the mountain) planned for the group for the last run of the day. Ryan, myself and a close friend were advised to go up one more time before we did "king of the mountain". About half way down, before a drop off overlooking Georgian Bay, Ryan got down on one knee and proposed. I attempted to jump for joy but I was still attached to my snowboard and ended up tackling Ryan. The friend that was with us had stopped further up the hill and had been photographing the proposal. After I stopped shaking from excitement we continued to the bottom of the hill where all of our friends and family (some who had just arrived for this) were cheering as we came down. The rest of the night was filled with celebration and more champagne then anyone should ever consume!
We have a date set for 2013 and we are so excited to continue our adventurous life together.
Earlier this year to look for a dress for my daughter's wedding. The dress has recently come in. I came down to pick it up and I absolutely love it. The service has been wonderful. The store is an amazing place to shop and I can't say enough about what people have done here for me. It has been wonderful. Wonderful experience.

I had a really positive experience at Best for Bride. We have been to over 10 different bridal shops and this was the one and this was the best one so far. We were ignored in other stores and then some places were to high then the other ones and this one just worked perfectly. We got her bridal gown (fantastic). Thank you so much for the help in selecting and altering my wedding dress. Our wedding was held in Tuscany, Italy this past September with the entire event being held outside. It was a dream wedding.
My dress was absolute beautiful thanks to all the help from Larissa who spent time with me and suggesting the dress I looked the best in. She made me feel very comfortable and had the girls dresses altered beautifully as well as my own.
