Our experience was just amazing, the ladies here were extremely helpful. They even picked out a dress for you but you didn't even think will look great and it just was amazing. They were very helpful, very personable. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends. Yeah, pretty much you summed it all up in those words. I never would have put that dress on me and she just said "Put it on" and I loved it and I stood in it for I think half an hour and I definitely love it and it's gonna look amazing like in the color that we want to be for your wedding and the help we got has been the best I have seen so far. It's has been perfect. Being the bride was definitely a great experience. It was kind of experience you always dream of ... going in and getting all the help. If you have ever seen "Say Yes to the Dress" Kleinfeld, it's like that in Canada. You get to come in (but more polite) and more personal. It's a small cute little store you get pampered pretty much and that's what everyone wants but they are not pushy. No. No.

I wanted to thank everyone at best for bride once again for the wonderful service I received. When I arrived at your store I was pretty nervous. I had no idea what I was looking for, what would suite me or what I even wanted. My mother has been ill the last little while, and dress shopping was not something she could really participate in, making the ordeal that much more stressful. The staff at best for bride treated me like a daughter from the selection, to the fittings, right down to the alterations. I was so happy with my dress and it was well within budget. I got so many complements about my dress on and after the wedding day.

Everyone who assisted me with my dress were extremely kind and helpful, especially the seamstress who helped me with my fitting! Dear Olga, I would like to say how much I enjoyed using your company to order my bridesmaids dresses from. From the first contact I had immediate responses from you with answers to my enquiries regarding sizes, colour, cost delivery- everything was answered that day or the day after due to the time difference. When I called the shop I got a very good response as well- cannot fault anything about the ordering process. Very straight forward and easy to do as you supported me and helped me with all my enquiries. I was kept in contact the whole time waiting for my dresses so there was no worry that they were not going to be here on time - which is a bit of a concern when I order something from the internet and especially something so important but I felt very confident I had chosen the best company to buy them from. When the dresses came I was delighted with them! They were absolutely perfectly made and even more lovely than in the picture! They were slightly crushed as I had 2 dresses in a small box but the creases fell out overnight and the dresses were stunning. My bridesmaids loved them and looked absolutely beautiful on our day I was so proud of them and everyone commented at how beautiful they looked. You can see in the pictures just how lovely they were. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Olga throughout my order and she could not have been more helpful and more prompt at replying to my emails and enquiries. I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone but they were helpful too. Overall I experienced an absolute delightful customer service and excellent quality of dresses and made our wedding day just that extra bit special Many thanks for all your help and I will be recommending you to all of my friends
