2. If you pay online, once you added your items please click "Proceed to Checkout". Enter your name and shipping address.

3. We will process your order when we receive your payment.
In order to protect you from credit card fraud we offer you the following two options to process a safe payment:

2. Using PayPal payment service to our email address: sales@bestforbride.com

Interac e-Transfer is a simple, convenient, and secure way to send and receive money directly from one bank account to another. All you need is access to online or mobile banking through a participating financial institution, and you can send money to anyone with an email address and a bank account in Canada - without sharing any personal or financial information. It's a great alternative to cheques and cash.

To send an Interac e-Transfer:
Login to online or mobile banking at a participating financial institution

  1. Choose Interac e-Transfer within the Transfer/Payment menu options
  2. Select a recipient by entering an email address
  3. Fill in the Interac e-Transfer information (dollar amount, account from which to withdraw the funds, a security question that only the recipient will know the answer to and optional personal message) - As a security question please use "What is my order number?" and in the answer enter your Order #.
  4. Follow the instructions to confirm the information and complete the transfer
If you haven't signed up for online or mobile banking, contact your financial institution or visit their online banking website to sign up.

How your Interac e-Transfer is protected

When you send money using Interac e-Transfer, your money never actually travels by email or text message. Email and text messages are only used to notify the recipient and to provide instructions on how to deposit the money. Your financial institution and your recipient's financial institution transfer funds using established and secure banking procedures.


I placed an order, can I cancel it?

Once you make the order we'll send you an order form with all your details: Name, Address, Dress Style, Color, Your Measurements, Request Date, etc.
We'll not process the order without your confirmation of the order.
Before you confirm an order you can change any detail like color, style, measurements, etc. or even cancel the order without any penalty. You will receive your funds back the same day you cancel the order.
An order can be cancelled before it is confirmed. However, once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled.


How long does it takes to receive my order?

It depends on the collection that you selected and if we have it in stock. Usually it takes between 12-17 weeks. Most of the collection can be done as rush orders in approximately 4-6 weeks.


Will you notify me when my order is placed and when my order is shipped?

Yes, you will get emails whenever an order is placed and also when your order is shipped. So please make sure and provide the correct email address when you are filling out the checkout form. Additionally you will also get the payment receipt by email either from paypal.com or from our credit card company.


How can I pay for the shipping and handling fee?

We accept various forms of electronic payments - Visa, Master Card or Pay Pal.

Shipping to Canada and USA is FREE.

To Place an Order By Credit Card

Select the item you wish to purchase. Select the color and size you want, and click "Add to Cart" (located below the color and size options) to add the item to your cart. Nothing is ordered yet and you can back out anytime.
You can then continue shopping, and every item that you add to your cart will be reflected in your shopping cart. If you wish to change what's in your shopping cart, you can click "View Cart" located under the "Add to Cart" button. In this area you can remove items.
Once you added your items please click "Proceed to Checkout". In the checkout there are two steps.
1. Enter your name and shipping address.
2. Review your order, total due, provide your payment information and billing address. Make sure your billing address matches your credit card billing address. Click ORDER NOW and you are done. You will receive a confirmation email in a few moments with all the information on the confirmation page.


About Orders Placed On-Line

Never send your credit card number in an e-mail. Call or fax the store to use your credit card.

Terms and conditions for orders:

1. We provide Worldwide International shipping. We ship everywhere: Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Russia, Ukraine, Europe, Israel, Africa, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, etc.

2. Returns - We want you to be satisfied with the goods you receive. If there is any problem with goods shipped (the items is damaged or it does not match details in your order form) then you can return it. You may call the store within 5 days of receiving your shipment for a Return Authorization. You may then return the goods to the store. When we receive your return we will refund your purchase price. To receive a refund your goods must be promptly returned (received at the store within two weeks of our ship date) and returned items must be as received out of the box (unworn, unused, new condition with all store hang tags attached). Returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization.
