To play, start by reaching out to the bride and groom individually to have them fill out the question\u2019s answers, making sure the answers are kept secret until the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the event, designate a host that will emcee the game and keep it entertaining! When it is time to play the game, have the couple fill out paper questionnaires that include the questions they previously answered, but this time picking answers they think the other will use. Once filled out, the host will go through the questions. Each time an individual has the correct answer to the question, they will receive a point. In this game, have the newlywed couple sit in chairs back to back in the middle of the room or dancefloor. The first game to try is the <strong>Famous Fictional Couples Guessing Game<\/strong>. This game is great if you have a wedding party full of film fanatics and literature connoisseurs. The objective of the game is for each player to guess the correct famous fictional couple they had drawn from a deck by asking yes or no questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To play, a player will draw a card and hold the card above their head without looking at it. The player will then ask the rest of the players yes or no questions that will hopefully help to narrow down to the correct fictional couple on the card. You can make this game more competitive by splitting the players into two teams. The person guessing the card will ask their team the questions. The answer key will include if both the bride and groom agreed or completely disagreed in their answers, which you will mark as both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bestforbride.com\/bridesmaids.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wedding party<\/a>, you will pass out cards to the guests with the same questions the bride and groom were asked. The host of the game will then read out each statement. Next, the guests will circle the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bride\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bride<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.merriam-webster.com\/dictionary\/groom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">groom<\/a>, or both on the card next to the statement. In the end, the host will go back through the statements with the correct answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guest with the most correct answers will be the winner. A fun twist to the game is displaying the bride and groom\u2019s recorded answers on a screen when going back through the statements for the guests to watch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Digital_Scavenger_Hunt\"><\/span>Digital Scavenger Hunt<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A game that can be played during the reception is a <strong>Digital Scavenger Hunt<\/strong>. You will need to compile a list of 15 to 20 wedding moments that the guests will need to capture on their phones throughout the reception. Print out the sheets of the list and place them on the tables before the guests arrive. These moments can include someone dancing, cutting the wedding cake, or the couple playing one of the games.
