The role
What a bridal sales consultant does.
This position is for someone who enjoys people, fashion, sales and emotional customer moments. The right consultant can make a bride, mom or bridal party feel comfortable from the first greeting to the final decision.

Sell with care
Present dresses, accessories and next steps clearly. Help customers make confident decisions without pressure or confusion.

Support the store
Keep appointments organized, follow store procedures, support promotions and help the location meet sales goals.
Who fits well
This role is ideal if you are friendly, organized and sales-minded.
Formal education is not required. Experience, maturity, reliability and the ability to work with customers are much more important.
- Retail sales experience matters. Bridal, fashion, formalwear, beauty, luxury retail or customer-facing sales experience is a strong asset.
- You must enjoy helping people. Brides and families can be excited, nervous, emotional and very particular.
- Weekend availability is important. Bridal appointments are busiest on weekends and during promotion periods.
- English communication is required. Clear, kind and confident communication is part of the role.
