When she was aware of my previous mishap and rendered it 'unfixable', she personally took me upstairs and recommended a new dress. Hi Best for Bride team,

I wanted to thank everyone at best for bride once again for the wonderful service I received. When I arrived at your store I was pretty nervous. I had no idea what I was looking for, what would suite me or what I even wanted.
