Our experience was just amazing, the ladies here were extremely helpful. They even picked out a dress for you but you didn't even think will look great and it just was amazing. They were very helpful, very personable. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends. Yeah, pretty much you summed it all up in those words. I never would have put that dress on me and she just said "Put it on" and I loved it and I stood in it for I think half an hour and I definitely love it and it's gonna look amazing like in the color that we want to be for your wedding and the help we got has been the best I have seen so far. It's has been perfect. Being the bride was definitely a great experience. It was kind of experience you always dream of ... going in and getting all the help. If you have ever seen "Say Yes to the Dress" Kleinfeld, it's like that in Canada. You get to come in (but more polite) and more personal. It's a small cute little store you get pampered pretty much and that's what everyone wants but they are not pushy. No. No.

Dear Olga, I would like to say how much I enjoyed using your company to order my bridesmaids dresses from. From the first contact I had immediate responses from you with answers to my enquiries regarding sizes, colour, cost delivery- everything was answered that day or the day after due to the time difference. When I called the shop I got a very good response as well- cannot fault anything about the ordering process. Very straight forward and easy to do as you supported me and helped me with all my enquiries. I was kept in contact the whole time waiting for my dresses so there was no worry that they were not going to be here on time - which is a bit of a concern when I order something from the internet and especially something so important but I felt very confident I had chosen the best company to buy them from. When the dresses came I was delighted with them! They were absolutely perfectly made and even more lovely than in the picture! They were slightly crushed as I had 2 dresses in a small box but the creases fell out overnight and the dresses were stunning. My bridesmaids loved them and looked absolutely beautiful on our day I was so proud of them and everyone commented at how beautiful they looked. You can see in the pictures just how lovely they were. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Olga throughout my order and she could not have been more helpful and more prompt at replying to my emails and enquiries. I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone but they were helpful too. I loved both of my visits to your store. Denise & Donna were wonderful and I found their comments on the dresses very helpful. The atmosphere at the store is very easy going and not rushed like the big city stores where you have your time slot and move on.... I also love the "walk down the aisle" experience you definitely get to see your dress from every view point.
It's with great pleasure that am sending you these pictures taken during the ceremony. I can't explain the feeling that I had during the ceremony when I noticed that I was the centre of so much attraction when I showed up wearing my dress. Even I was told that it's an unusual dress as much as it's Simple, Elegant & Stylish.
