I had a really positive experience at Best for Bride. We have been to over 10 different bridal shops and this was the one and this was the best one so far. We were ignored in other stores and then some places were to high then the other ones and this one just worked perfectly. We got her bridal gown (fantastic). Hi my name is Lise Renaud. I just have a little story to tell. I came here a couple weeks ago looking for a a wedding dress for my future daughter in law who lives up north in a remote area and she doesn't have access to any stores so I as a good future mother in law decided to come and I came and this when ... I came into this store this wonderful young lady named Taylor was here and she had the biggest smile She said: "May I help you" and I told her the predicament ... future daughter in law, pregnant, getting marrying in June, has a limited budget and she found the most beautiful dress because I had the picture of my future daughter in law was interested in and it was so close to this dress so Taylor went on to the computer and phoned out if it comes in white or beige she did, it did, she told me: "Yes we would have it on time". She said me how we should have her measured and I would come in the next day to order it and I did. And I just came today to say thank you to Taylor cause were so happy.
Best For Bride, and specifically Olga was very helpful when I was ordering the dress for my niece. She was very helpful when I had questions in respect to the sizing. I was able to pay with my credit card and it was hassle free. I live in West Africa and sometimes it is difficult to have things delivered here. The shipping was free and the dress arrived exactly when they said it would arrive. As this was a very positive experience I would recommend Best For Bride to anyone who was thinking of buying a dress off the internet.
Dear Olga, I would like to say how much I enjoyed using your company to order my bridesmaids dresses from. From the first contact I had immediate responses from you with answers to my enquiries regarding sizes, colour, cost delivery- everything was answered that day or the day after due to the time difference. When I called the shop I got a very good response as well- cannot fault anything about the ordering process. Very straight forward and easy to do as you supported me and helped me with all my enquiries. I was kept in contact the whole time waiting for my dresses so there was no worry that they were not going to be here on time - which is a bit of a concern when I order something from the internet and especially something so important but I felt very confident I had chosen the best company to buy them from. When the dresses came I was delighted with them! They were absolutely perfectly made and even more lovely than in the picture! They were slightly crushed as I had 2 dresses in a small box but the creases fell out overnight and the dresses were stunning. My bridesmaids loved them and looked absolutely beautiful on our day I was so proud of them and everyone commented at how beautiful they looked. You can see in the pictures just how lovely they were. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Olga throughout my order and she could not have been more helpful and more prompt at replying to my emails and enquiries. I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone but they were helpful too.
